1. Introduction
2. Aim - Rewinding of mixer motor.
3. Instruments - Wire Strippers, Spanner, Screwdriver, Mallet.
4. Materials - Copper Wire, Cotton Thread, Varnish, PVL paper, Capacitor, Screw Connectors.
5. Requirements - Wire Gauge, Coil Turns.
6. Data - Weight 100gm, gauge 23, total coil turns 250, 83 turns in one round.
7. Procedure - Firstly I checked coil is damaged or not then I removed the damaged coil , counted the turns there were 250, I bought the motor coil from the shop, then I took a plywood board then I hammered some nails according to the coil length, then I started to make the coil after every 83rd turn I removed 1 wire end I did this 2 times then I removed the coils from the plywood nail, then I filled it in the stator with PVL paper then I put some varnish in it for the coils to harden then I connected all the connections and assembled the mixer.
8. Daily Work -
1/12/17 - Sir taught me to fill a motor.
10/12/17 - I filled the motor but it spinned too fast so sir told me to fill it again.
22/12/17 - I was winding the motor but then i realised that i did not have enough coil.
31/12/17 - I winded the motor again but there were some flaws there so sir told me to wind it again.
1/01/08 - Sir showed me again how to wind a motor but the turn sizes was so small that the coil would not fit in perfectly.
4/01/18 - I again did the winding and it worked perfectly so I assemble dthe motor.
